Our hope for your purchase...

We want you to be 100% happy with your Fair Trade product!  Please remember that we are partnering with multiple Fair Trade organizations around the world, and while we do promise that your products are ethically made by hand and thus may have some slight variations, we cannot promise the availability of a replacement due to the sustainable methods that are used in the sourcing of supplies for some of the products.


If for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please also include the original packaging.  We are unable to provide shipping vouchers or free returns.  We apologize for that inconvenience.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and assuming that the return is in its original condition, we will issue a refund or gift credit towards another purchase.  Please specify which is your preferred method of refund.


If the refund is applicable and possible, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  If a gift credit is preferred, we will email you the gift credit code.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged as product availability allows.    If you need to exchange a purchase, send us an email at and follow the directions for a return.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a coupon credit will be emailed to you.
